Free tracked delivery on every order

All orders ship free of charge with full tracking — no minimum spend, no hidden costs.

Delivery times

  • Order processing: 1–2 working days. We prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery to the United Kingdom: As fast as possible

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches, delivery may take a few days longer.

Why delivery may take longer?

We work directly with a select group of manufacturing partners and ship straight from production. This keeps our prices fair and our collection fresh — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than the high street. We believe the wait is worth it, and every order is fully tracked from dispatch to your door.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking link. You can also check the status of your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Please note: tracking can occasionally pause for 2–3 days while your parcel moves between carriers. This is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 days, email us at info@nolraelondon.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@nolraelondon.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address, but we'll always try to help find a solution.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@nolraelondon.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer you a suitable solution.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
